We are a family business, and we brought twenty-five years of installation work into it. Computer and electrical networks, for enterprise clients, for army installations, for municipal buildings, across EMEA and the United States. Now we fit window shades in Florida homes. People assume that is a step down. It is the same work, done smaller, in rooms where someone actually lives.

That kind of work teaches you one thing above all: the install is not finished when it functions. It is finished when it has been checked, documented and signed for. A cable run in a municipal building gets inspected. Work on a base gets accounted for, metre by metre. Nobody there has ever accepted "good enough" as an answer, and after twenty-five years we are not able to start now.

So this company runs on a simple rule. The person at your measure is the person on the ladder at your install. Not a crew we met that morning, not a subcontractor with our name on his invoice. Whoever takes the measurement carries the consequence of it, which is exactly why the measurement tends to be right.

Shade fabric is cut to the exact opening. There is no adjusting it afterwards, no trimming it down, no quiet fix. It is right the first time or it is remade at our cost. We would rather spend the extra twenty minutes measuring your room than explain a mistake to you three weeks later.

We work across Boca Raton and Palm Beach County, mostly by word of mouth. We would rather do fewer homes properly than more of them quickly.
